Liberty Skis | Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our high-performance skis, shipping policies, and service.
How do I choose the right ski length for my skill level?
Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Beginners should opt for shorter lengths for better control, while advanced skiers often prefer longer skis for increased stability at high speeds.
Do Liberty Skis come with bindings pre-installed?
Most of our skis are sold as 'flat' (without bindings) to allow you to choose the best setup for your boot type and skiing style. However, we do offer select system packages that include integrated bindings.
What is your return policy for unused equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused, unmounted skis in their original packaging. Please note that once bindings have been mounted to the skis, they are no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our Colorado warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your skis?
Yes, all Liberty Skis are backed by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage resulting from impact, normal wear and tear, or improper mounting.
What kind of maintenance do my new skis need?
To ensure peak performance, we recommend a storage wax at the end of the season and regular edge tuning. Our skis come factory waxed and tuned, so they are ready to hit the snow immediately.
